Trip Preparations

Firstly, we will step you through the planning process. How many people, when you would like to travel, and what you want to experience. You may have looked through our trips and treks section, and know what kind of trip you would like to experience, or alternatively, you may browse the sample itineraries from the website and like us to send you proposed custom made itineraries from which we can customize your trip. We will remove the activities you don't like, and add the ones you do. After all each traveler is unique, and in the end this will be your experience to remember! Once your itinerary and flight information is finalized, all you need to do is undertake the payment procedure. Once that is completed, simply arrive at the Druk Air check in desk at your preferred city of departure at the designated time where you will be presented with your ticket. Easy!

From our experience, we have found email the easiest way to address the challenges of communicating between continents and time zones. It allows speedier response time than faxing and we can involve some or all the parties in the group.
